Biografía
Miley Cyrus nació en Franklin, Tennessee, hija de Leticia "Tish" Finley y el cantante de música country Billy Ray Cyrus. Tiene dos medio-hermanos, Christopher Cody y Trace, siendo éste último el vocalista y guitarrista de la banda Metro Station y una medio-hermana mayor, Brandi. Tiene un hermano menor, Braison y una hermana menor, Noah, que también es actriz. Ella fue llamada Destiny Hope (Destino, Esperanza) porque sus padres creyeron que ella vendría acompañada de grandes éxitos. Se ganó su sobrenombre "Miley" porque ella sonreía mucho ("Smiley") cuando era pequeña. Cyrus fue a la Heritage Middle School y ahora ella tiene un tutor privado.Ella creció en la granja de sus padres a las afueras de Nashville.

Miley actua en la serie de Hannah Montana junto con Emily Osment y Mitchel Musso. Miley actúa en la serie como Miley Stewart, quien bajo un pseudónimo, es la sensación de la música pop adolescente, Hannah Montana, también ficticia. Miley Cyrus también actua como Hannah Montana en la vida real, aunque ya tiene un disco bajo su nombre verdadero.
El 22 de junio de 2006, Miley dio un concierto como Hannah Montana en el parque temático Disney's Typhoon Lagoon en Walt Disney World en Orlando, Florida, ese concierto fue grabado para Disney Channel. Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (nacida el 25 de octubre de 1984) es una cantante, compositora y bailarina estadounidense.[1]
En el 2005, firmó un contrato como solista con Capitol Records[2] y en 2008 lanzó su álbum One of the boys, el cual debutó en la posición número nueve en el Billboard 200 y en la posición diecinueve del United World Chart[3] .[4] El 20 de noviembre lanza su primer sencillo titulado "Ur So Gay", el cual causó mucha controversia por su letra. En el mes de diciembre del 2007 atrajo la atención cuando Madonna declaró en dos programas de radio estadounidenses que "Ur So Gay" era su canción preferida del momento.[5] En mayo lanzó su segundo sencillo, "Thinking of You", como promoción solamente. Ese mismo mes lanza su tercer sencillo, "I Kissed a Girl", que pronto se convirtió en un éxito mundial alcanzando la posición número uno del Billboard Hot 100. Perry nació en Santa Bárbara, California, Estados Unidos. Hija de dos pastores evangélicos, en su niñez escuchaba música gospel y cantaba en la iglesia. Cuando Steve Thomas y Jennifer Knapp la incluyeron en su compañía discográfica, Red Hill Records, publicó su primer trabajo, Katy Hudson (2001), un álbum de música cristiana de estilo gospel.[10] En su adolescencia, Perry encontró un disco de Queen, "y el cielo se abrió y me salvó. A finales de julio del 2008, Perry afirmó que le gustaría besarse con la estrella adolescente Miley Cyrus siguiendo la estela del beso que Madonna y Britney Spears se dieron en el 2003 en los MTV Video Music Awards, pero en el escenario de los Premios "Teen Choice Awards" de 2008, a lo que Cyrus respondió con un "No, gracias".
